The FieldFox combo analyzer N9915A is mainly a cable and antenna analyzer. You can set it up with different tools. These include a spectrum analyzer, a real-time spectrum analyzer, and a full 2-port network analyzer.
To save space in a field kit, you can add built-in features. This allows for up to 10 instruments in 1. They can handle routine maintenance, detailed troubleshooting, and everything in between. Better yet, FieldFox delivers precise microwave and millimeter-wave measurements – wherever you need to go.
KEYSIGHT N9915A is a handheld, lightweight, durable, cable and antenna analyzer, spectrum analyzer and network analyzer. It has 2 built-in ports.
The maximum frequency is 9 GHz (X band). The output power can reach up to 1 dBm. The trace noise is 0.004 dB rms.
KEYSIGHT N9915A Features:
- – Standard model includes cable and antenna analyzer.
- – Expand capabilities with optional VNA, spectrum analyzer, built-in power meter, vector voltmeter, and more.
- – Save time by measuring DTF and TDR in the same sweep.
- – Measure all four S-parameters simultaneously.
- – Make accurate spectrum analyzer measurements (± 0.5 dB) without warm-up.
- – Calibrate easily with QuickCal.
- – Use the industry’s lightest all-in-one analyzer at only 3.0 kg (6.6 lb).
FIELDFOX HANDHELD SOFTWARE
Make your FieldFox handheld analyzer more capable with convenient software upgrades — engineered to deliver precise measurements in the field.
- – Carry one portable instrument that handles routine maintenance and in-depth troubleshooting
- – Configure as a VNA, spectrum analyzer, built-in power meter, vector voltmeter, and more
- – Order software pre-installed or upgrade an existing instrument
PATHWAVE VECTOR SIGNAL ANALYZING (89600 VSA) SOFTWARE
- – Record signals in the field and evaluate them later using 89600 VSA
- – Demodulate and perform comprehensive vector signal analyzing to optimize your deployment.
- – Decode and verify MAC, RLC and RRC-layer messages across multiple radio frames
- – Analyze and troubleshoot signals in cellular, wireless-connectivity, aerospace, defense, and general-purpose applications
To improve spectrum analyzing, the Keysight N9915A FieldFox has the same PowerSuite measurements found in Keysight signal analyzers. This allows for quick and accurate one-button testing of channelized communication systems. The InstAlign capability lets you instantly make accurate power measurements in the field, even when temperature fluctuates. With FieldFox, you can measure both the 1-port cable loss and 2-port insertion loss.
The N9915A FieldFox has a built-in calibration feature. This lets you calibrate the network analyzer without taking a cal kit into the field. When you use any test instrument, adding devices like jumper cables or adapters to the test port requires recalibration. You should use a calibration kit for this.
