The Keysight MSOX6004A is a mixed signal oscilloscope with four analog channels, 16 digital channels and 1 GHz bandwidth. Bandwidth is upgradeable via the following options:
- DSOX6004A-02G – 1.0 GHz to 2.5 GHz
- DSOX6004A-04G – 1.0 GHz to 4.0 GHz
- DSOX6004A-06G – 1.0 GHz to 6.0 GHz
There are four models in the InfiniiVision 6000 X-series. They have either 2 or 4 analog channels. You can also choose models with or without mixed signal functionality. This feature can be added later if needed.
