Thermo Scientific BioMate 3 Spectrofotometer is Designed for performance and reliability and offers pre-programmed assay methods for nucleic acid and protein concentration as well as cell culture measurements

The instruments feature the unique SmartStartTM screen that lets you select one, two or more pre-selected protocols. Turn on the instrument and the boot-up screen shows the selected tests ™ without additional scrolling.

DNA ratio and concentration, with or without scanning

•     Protein standard curves for Bradford, Lowry, BCA and Biuret reagents
•     Direct UV concentrations of dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA and oligonucleotides
•     Warburg-Christian method for measuring protein concentration
•     Cell growth
