Getting the most accurate representation of your signals during testing is important. Engineers designed the Keysight Infiniium 90000 X-Series oscilloscopes for 33 GHz true analog bandwidth that delivers. Keysight has invested in a special integrated circuit process.

This allows for high-frequency capability. It also provides the lowest noise and jitter measurements in the industry. As a result, the 90000 X-Series offers true analog hardware performance up to 33 GHz.

Other vendors use 16 GHz hardware technology. They apply techniques such as digital signal processing and frequency domain interleaving.

These methods help increase the bandwidth of their scopes. However, these methods increase noise density and distortions with a detrimental impact on measurement accuracy.
