The autoclave has four adjustable programs with temperature selections from 105 to 137 degrees C (221 to 279 F) with sterilization times up to 59 minutes for simplified and reproducible operations. After the sterilization cycle is complete, an air-driven pump circulates hot air to ensure thorough drying and reduce drying time.<\/p>\n<p>The autoclave comes with two stainless steel trays for maximizing space in the chamber by holding instruments, liquids, laboratory equipment and other items to be sterilized, and it has a 220 V power source.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\"><strong>This autoclave has been through our careful refurbishment process as follows:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Thorough inspection of ALL components, cosmetics and functionality.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>Replace all worn or bad parts.<\/li>\n<li>Sand and paint the frame and chassis as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Clean reservoir tank by removing debris and particulates.<\/li>\n<li>Clean and polish chamber and reservoir. Blow out all lines.<\/li>\n<li>Replace safety mechanisms, controls, relays, condenser, thermostat, valves, switches, filters and all other parts as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Clean and lubricate all moving parts.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect and repair all pressure and water leaks.<\/li>\n<li>Check and lubricate door closure.<\/li>\n<li>Replace door gasket regardless of condition.<\/li>\n<li>Test and calibrate to manufacturer&#8217;s specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Repeated cycle testing for added assurance.<\/li>\n<li>Spore testing at various positions within the chamber.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The chamber capacity is 85 L\/22.5 gallons and its dimensions are 38.1 x 68.6 cm (15 x 27 inches) (diameter x depth); tray dimensions are 2.5 x 67 x 35 cm (1 x 26 x 14 inches); exterior dimensions are 53.3 x 86.4 x 66 cm (21 x 34 x 26 inches) (H x W x D ), and it weighs 102 kg (225 lb). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.)
