DSOX2014A is an InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series 4-channel, 100MHz digital signal oscilloscope. The InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series has Keysight’s MegaZoom IV smart memory technology. This technology is always on and responsive.

It offers the fastest update rate in the industry, reaching up to 200,000 waveforms per second. You can turn on measurements or add digital channels without losing performance. The 2000 X-Series also provides 23 automated measurements. These include voltage, time, and frequency. It has 14 waveform math functions too. These functions let you add, subtract, multiply, divide, and perform FFT.

Faster decoding with hardware-based technology enhances scope usability and, more importantly, the probability of capturing infrequent serial communication errors.

After capturing a serial bus communication, you can effortlessly search and navigate based on your interests. You cannot use the digital channels and serial protocol analysis simultaneously.

Integrated digital voltmeter

The 2000 X-Series is the first in the industry. It has a built-in 3-digit voltmeter and a 5-digit frequency counter inside the oscilloscopes. The voltmeter uses the same probes as the oscilloscope channels. However, the measurements are separate from the oscilloscope’s triggering system.

This allows both the DVM and the triggered oscilloscope to take measurements using the same connection. The system always displays the voltmeter results, keeping these quick characterization measurements at your fingertips. All InfiniiVision oscilloscopes include the DVM as a standard feature.
